By accessing and using this website or booking a stay at CONFIRM INN HOTEL AND RESTAURANT, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Check-in & Check-out
- Standard Check-in time is 12:00 PM.
- Standard Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- All guests must present a valid government-approved photo ID (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License) at the time of check-in.
3. Guest Rules
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms.
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted only as per local regulations and should not disturb other guests.
- Loud music or disruptive behavior is not allowed.
- Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms after 10:00 PM.
4. Payment, Failures & Technology Partners
- Transaction Failures: We are not liable for payment failures or delays caused by banks, gateways, or network issues. In case of "amount deducted but booking not confirmed" scenarios, the refund is typically handled automatically by the gateway aggregator.
- Technology Partnership: The integrated Booking Engine is a technology partner of CONFIRM INN HOTEL AND RESTAURANT. Any automated confirmation is subject to final verification of successful payment credit.
- Liability: The management is not responsible for any loss or damage to guest property. Any damage to hotel property caused by the guest will be charged to the guest's bill.
5. Right of Admission & Governance
The hotel reserves the right of admission. We may refuse service to anyone who violates hotel policies or displays inappropriate behavior.
Digital Governance: All digital transactions on this website are governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000.
6. Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kota, Rajasthan only.
