1. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and the hotel.
- Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time will incur a 10% processing fee.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of check-in will incur a charge of 50% of the first night's stay.
- Last Minute: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in or "No Shows" will result in a 100% charge of the first night's booking.
2. Refund Process & Gateway Cycle
- Standard Cycle: Refunds for online transactions are typically processed and credited back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days, as per standard Indian payment gateway cycles.
- Processing Fees: Please note that convenience fees or payment processing charges levied by the gateway/booking engine at the time of booking are typically non-refundable.
- Partner Terms: Cancellations of bookings made via the integrated booking engine are also subject to the technology partner's transaction terms.
3. Modification of Booking
Changes to booking dates are subject to availability and may involve a change in rates. Please contact our front desk at +91 93094 01212 for any modifications.
4. Special Circumstances
In case of emergencies or unforeseen governmental restrictions, refunds or credit notes for future stays may be considered at the sole discretion of the management of CONFIRM INN HOTEL AND RESTAURANT.
